Together with Shater, I collaborated on the design of a modern SaaS web application that enables businesses to create branded short links and QR codes, organize them efficiently, and gain actionable insights through real-time analytics.

Businesses, marketers, and creators rely on short links to share content and measure campaign performance, yet many existing link management tools prioritize functionality over usability. Our goal was to reimagine the experience by designing a cleaner, more intuitive platform that reduces friction, simplifies key workflows, and makes link management and QR generation accessible without compromising on powerful analytics.
Designing this product began with understanding the everyday workflows of people who manage links regularly. Rather than focusing on adding more features, we focused on making the experience feel effortless from the very first interaction.
I started by designing the onboarding experience, ensuring new users could understand the product quickly and reach value with minimal friction. Every screen was designed to reduce cognitive load, provide clear guidance, and create a welcoming first impression.
Next, I designed the QR code creation flow, simplifying what is often a multi-step process into a more intuitive and efficient experience. Alongside these flows, I built the product’s design system, establishing reusable components, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns that created a consistent visual language and laid the foundation for future scalability.
Throughout the project, every design decision was guided by the principle of making powerful functionality feel simple and approachable.
I focused on creating intuitive user experiences while establishing a scalable design foundation for the product.
My responsibilities included:
Designing the onboarding experience.
Designing the QR code creation workflow.
Building and maintaining the design system, including reusable components, typography, spacing, and UI patterns.
Collaborating on design iterations to improve usability and maintain visual consistency across the platform.extended to support the upcoming mobile application, ensuring continuity across the growing Klọt ecosystem.
Working on this project strengthened my ability to think beyond individual screens and consider the product as a connected experience. It reminded me that consistency, simplicity, and attention to detail are what transform a functional interface into an intuitive one. More importantly, I learned that successful products are shaped through continuous iteration rather than a single perfect solution.
Users can get started in seconds by signing in with their Google or GitHub account, providing instant access to create, organize, and monitor all of their tracked links from a single dashboard.
Creating branded short links is designed to be fast and intuitive, allowing users to customize, organize, and publish links in just a click immediately they land on their dashboard.
Real-time insights help users monitor clicks, engagement, and performance, enabling data-driven decisions without overwhelming the interface.
Account preferences, integrations, and workspace management are organized in a simple, accessible layout to support both individual users and teams.
Collaborating with Shater on this project was both rewarding and insightful. Bringing together our different perspectives allowed us to create a product that prioritizes simplicity, usability, and scalability. The experience reinforced the value of collaboration in product design and strengthened my ability to contribute meaningfully to a product from concept to a live, production-ready solution.
